Shipping Policy

At Texas Coatings, we take pride in creating high-quality custom products and getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Processing times vary depending on the product:

  • In-stock items: Typically ship within 1–3 business days

  • Custom apparel, decals, graphics, and printed products: Typically ship within 5–7 business days

  • Large custom orders or specialty items: Processing times may vary. We will contact you if additional production time is required.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

 

 

Shipping Methods

We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

 

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to meet estimated delivery dates, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to:

  • Weather

  • Holidays

  • Carrier disruptions

  • High shipping volumes

  • Events beyond our control

Texas Coatings is not responsible for carrier-related delays once a package has been handed over to the shipping provider.

 

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Texas Coatings is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

 

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • Your order number

  • Photos of any damaged items or packaging (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the issue

We'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

 

 

Local Pickup

If local pickup is available, you will receive an email when your order is ready.

Please wait for your pickup confirmation before arriving.

 

 


Custom products 

Custom-made products are manufactured specifically for each order. Production may begin shortly after an order is placed, so processing times cannot always be expedited or canceled once production has started.

 

 

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
