RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

At Texas Coatings Tint & PPF, we provide professional installation services rather than physical retail products. Because of the nature of our services, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds once services have been completed.

Service Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work and the window films we install. Warranty coverage depends on the type of film selected at the time of service:

• Standard Film: 3-Year Limited Warranty
• Ceramic Film: Lifetime Warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturer-related defects, including:

• Bubbling
• Peeling
• Fading

To qualify for warranty service, customers must provide proof of service, such as a receipt or confirmation email showing the original installation date.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care
• Physical damage to the film (scratches, cuts, etc.)
• Issues resulting from external factors beyond normal use
